henry21p Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 .... can anyone with a dry sump photo the back of it to show me how on earth the smaller hose comes off the stat housing when the gold dry sump pump is in the way?!?!? Powderpuff Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 Dave...I shortened the short end of the coolant hose so that it doesn't foul the pump...don't take off too much otherwise you'll create too sharp an L and interfere with the flow. ECR Posted December 30, 2007 Share Posted December 30, 2007 I came to the same conclusion when reinstalling a dry sumped K for the first time recently. It WILL fit if you reduce the "leg" but it flattens the hose on the bend and is a thoroughly crap design....
