I agree with you about the Airheart calipers - they couldn't be described as minimum weight I've just ordered one of the fully floating alloy kart ones to mess around with. I'll get some pictures of it up when it arrives, and investigate how best to fit one inside the tunnel. I'm hoping I can re-use a mountain bike disk since it's thin enough that it shouldn't need any changes to the propshaft.
