All carcases will be processed on site i.e. into a professional walk-in cold room with an hour of being shot, hung for 14 days and butchered. The meat is offered as £1.50 per lb for a whole carcass or £3 per lb for joints. Anyone interested, please contact me direct (see profile for details) and not via BC. Collection would have to be in person, as it is not practical for me to courier meat. ... and perhaps this could be one subject where the M25 gentleman does not add to his hit tally by commenting.
