"Urinal White" Clamshelled 7 near Monmouth

Spotted in Mitchel Troy near Monmouth at around 14:10 today...

 

Pretty dire 7, off-white colour, belching oil and pollutants from a crossflow engine.

 

Driven by a bloke in his early fifties who was on his mobile at the time, calling a chat-line he'd just noticed in the copy of "Razzle" he had propped up the windscreen.

I had been out for a rememberence day blat with my brother-in-law in his 111r. Usk>Chepstow>Tintern>Llandogo>Monmouth>Usk. I chose to go via Mitchel Troy as he carried on behind me down the A40. Caught him up though before he got to Usk
