Harry Flatters
Since shipping these in March, I have had a few requests for spare bolts. In the interests of good customer service I have ordered some additional bolts. If you send me an S.A.E. I will send you (free of charge! ) 5-10 replacement bolts. The quantity will depend on the number of requests. Either mail me off-line or simply send your S.A.E. to: Steve Mell c/o PTM Publishers Limited 282 High Street Sutton Surrey SM1 1PQ Edited by - Steve Mell on 1 May 2002 08:43:

Graham Sewell
Steve, I have still got all the original nylocs and washers that you sent out, but the bolts were lost in the post on the way to Ratrace. How much would you ask (as a donation to NTL?) for a full set of bolts? Cheers, Graham Low tech luddite - xflow and proud!
stevefoster
Is this only for previous customers or does generosity extend even further? Edited by - stevefoster on 1 May 2002 12:43:
Harry Flatters
I guess it would be right to give previous customers priority but if I have bolts left over then for a small NTL donation I guess anyone can have some. I only have 300 so I'll give it a week or so and seen how many I have left. Steve Mell PTM
Red Ticker
Steve I will buy a full set. My wing has just come off with the rivnuts so it looks like I need these bolts and new (bigger?) rivnuts. Please advise price/donation as I did not subscribe to your earlier offer. Martin
Harry Flatters
Martin, As per my reply above I will hold fire on new requests for a week or so to give original customers priority. The polyamid bolts are the standard M5 size so your rivnuts will have to be M5 but with a thicker wall, if there is such a thing. The only other solution will be to fit new rivnuts next to the old ones and drill new holes in the wing for mounting. Steve Mell PTM
