Delberts Wallet Posted April 28, 2002 Share Posted April 28, 2002 I have a 1.6K ss which has got a bit of a whine. Now I'm not too sure what can be causing it. I have thought of the following and would like the advice of Blatchat. A/ Noisey belts either cam or Altenator or B/ Oil Pump or C/ sometime more serious. Another sympton is that my oil pressure once read 4 bar when running now only reads 3 - 3.5 Also I changed the foam baffle back in october which was breaking up.
