Bucks be warned 😬 Mixed emotions all round although we are managing to keep our house here in France which is great news! Had to let go of the dog though ( ☹️) but as they say a change is as good as a rest so we are all looking forward to the challenges ahead. GTD Posted August 20, 2007 Share Posted August 20, 2007 As the dog's HR Lawyer, I can confirm that we will be using the TUPE legislation to ensure that the new 'business' owner of my client will have to ensure that the existing contractual entitlements to walkies and treats will continue as before.
