I ordered a print and it's not quite what I ordered but there were no contact details sent with it

I contacted Extreme Sports Photography but they denied having been at Outon Park on 24/7.

Well they have plenty of photos on their site from the 24th here - even thought I might get one myself.

 

What was the problem with yours? Hope you get it sorted.

I ordered one of the large 12" x 17" ones and the quality of the photo they have sent is great and it's been encapsulated/laminated for no extra charge... it's just that I asked for it to not be encapsulated/laminated as I am going to frame it.

 

Not the biggest problem in the world, but I did specifically ask.
