Simon.Rogers1
Here are my best runs from Loton Park (Saturday) 56.06 and Harewood 60.19 Please Mr Headmaster what do you think? 😶🌫️ Loton Harewood
Leadership Team Mcalvert Posted August 8, 2007 Leadership Team Share Posted August 8, 2007 Why do I somehow doubt the Headmaster's report would include the words "must try harder"? Michael.

DSL
Good vid footage But did they let that Harewood run stand 🤔 Or was it an optical illusion from the camera angle that you went over the white line at the finish 🤔
Simon.Rogers1
Yep went over the line as did quite a few that day. Can you explain Darren.
DSL
Times are disallowed if the line is crossed, well one of mine was in the Force & many others (But I was going backwards at the time, not got so much opposite lock as a Caterham 😳 😬)Maybe only enforced on National A events then
GregP
Having walked the hill with an instructor earlier this year, I was shown that there is a yellow section within the white line about two feet long, right on the finish line and you would only be penalised of you crossed the yellow bit. The majority of quick cars at Harewood seem to cross the white line after the finish routinely without penalty. We were told that the crucial section was yellow so that the Observer could see it from behind the tyres at Quarry!
