vx feul pump

I am fitting a braided feul line(from vx race car) to my 1992 hpc, have found the plastic pump fitted to be cracked(oe caterham), so i am looking to replace pump i would appreiciate any advice regards, pump type, flow rate, pressure etc. car is running 45's and feul line has no facility for a pressure regulator.

Go all out and get race pump, regulator and good fuel line filter. I've changed my pump 3 times and just went to worm style pump(they said it would be more reliable) and big diesel fuel filter(very visible when you take out the plywood slat over the DeDion).
