k80rum Posted August 2, 2007 Author Share Posted August 2, 2007 Hi Tom It's the rear wheel intrusion bar that gets in the way of the exhaust (on a K-engined car at least) so doesn't exist. Legend has it that there isa side impact bar tho - it goes from just behind the rollbar to the place where the dash and sill meet (the bush for the petty strut).
