Have just noticed that the actual heat exchanger is very loose (i.e. it moves around quite freely when you touch the heater hoses). ashaughnessy Posted April 23, 2002 Share Posted April 23, 2002 I haven't had a heater for a few years but I seem to remember it shouldn't be moving around inside the housing.
