Excellent Double Garage / Workshop - (NtL) - Sold

I have a really good timber Double Garage /Workshop at my farm, that I need to replace with a bigger barn. It is therefore for sale, with the proceeds going to NtL. Key details are:

- 30 ft long x 10 ft wide (so pretty big)

- Timber with double side and end doors, lined, 3 windows, steel roof

- 3 years old (we re-located it last autumn)

- Excellent condition, treated and finished in light olive green.

- Timber 'breathes' so stays dry even in wet winter

- Big enough for good size car + Seven + storage/work area

- E.mail me for Photos

New, would cost c.£3,000+ - Only £600 - proceeds to NtL

VERY IMPORTANT:

- I'm only interested in a hassle free purchase transaction

- It has to be dismantled and removed in the next 14 days

- It has to be dismantled and removed during a week day

- It is best dismantled by the persons putting it back up

- It is a 2-person job and for someone who knows what they are doing

- (Some labour may be available at £30 per hour)

- It comprises of about 12 panels and two ends + roof sections

- It can be transported on a decent size flat bed trailer

- I'm near Tetbury, Gloucs ((Nr M4 Bath/M5 Stroud, etc)

Nice. I wish I had the space. My Dad recently built a shed half this size, when I say "built" I mean he had a pile of timber and several hundred nails delivered from a woodyard and started fabricating. He reckoned there was £600 in wood, so this is a steal.

Good luck selling.

Yes, it is a bargain - the lwt steel roof alone cost £600 last year.

However, it suits me for it to go to a Blatchatter+NtL - just want minimum hassle.

It looks like it is sold to the first enquirer, 'Mightymetro'.

If anything changes I'll go through the list in order.
