bl0498 Posted June 14, 2007 Share Posted June 14, 2007 Hi Rob, Yes just like last year there is a combined MAC/VSCC day on the 1st July - the Sunday after the L7CGB event at Shelsley Walsh. This is a very popular event and is entirely old cars. Although the cars clearly go much more slowly up the hill it is fascinating to watch. A few years ago they ran the VSCC day on the Saturday and the Nat B day on the Sunday - it was changed partly due to the amount of oil laid down on the track after the VSCC day! MAC recommend lots of pubs/hotels etc in the area if anyone wishes to stay overnight on the Saturday. For general info I will be Deputy Clerk of the Course for the L7CGB event this year - with Martin Baker (my Deputy at Curborough) as Clerk. On the Sunday I will probably spectate.
