Must have de Dion chassis, leather seats, 4-point harnesses, 1.6/1.8 K-series engine, cycle wings, full weather gear, spare wheel, non-Q reg. Prefer in south-west-ish, but will travel for right car. John Howe Posted May 28, 2007 Share Posted May 28, 2007 Dennis, for that spec I would suggest you look toward a non-factory built car. Ideally, you want the 6th character in the V.N. to be "K" for kit. This will give 1975 (visual) emission status when it comes to MoT's for any kit car, non-factory built and registered pre-August 1998. Perhaps not that important to you now, but it might make all the difference when you come to sell.
