It was planned to exchange in 2 weeks time and was informed yesterday the buyer for her house has pulled out - reason - nothing at the moment officially but all points to the fact that they did not get a mortgage!!!! Why were they put forward then by the Estate Agent as credible buyer ????? *mad* *mad* *mad* A lot of time, effort and some money wasted!
