CHRIS CLARK Posted April 13, 2002 Share Posted April 13, 2002 If this is the 'Classic' engine you're talking about then you may have some difficulty at a breakers yard. The engine was an imported one from Australia (last of a batch hence cheap to Caterham!). There are some subtle differences, but I'm unsure if the head is different or not from the Astra engine of British origin. I thought Caterham had some as spares, but not sure about this either!!!
