RWHomer
Must be old age but the 4th to 5th shift on the 6 speeder in my CSR giving my left arm and shoulder some stick. Mine seems particularly notchy. Anyone found a way to lighten this shift. Longer gearstick ? Any better ideas gladly welcomed. Would love CC to develop a paddle or press button shift for the 6 speed box. Great for us pensioners CSR 7 hillclimber

Mick Day
I've had my 6 speed since 1996. It's been rebuilt 3 times & each time it comes back it's a bit notchy until it runs in. MTL makes a big difference. So get under, drain the oil & fill with MTL; then get out & wear it out! You can get MTL from here, you'll need 2 quarts.
