MartinWoodham Posted April 30, 2007 Share Posted April 30, 2007 I've realised that I'll never get the time to actually do anything with the various K-series bits I've accumulated, so here goes: 1600 K-series engine mostly complete, but in bits. I mean completely in bits, in 3 boxes. great project for someone?! Stripped by Scholar with a view to evo-ing it. original crank is knackered due to a big end failure, it comes with a replacement (used) crank, and 8 piston/ rod assemblies - 4 originals from the engine (1 of which is knackered, due to big eand bearing failure ) and 4 replacement (used) rod/ piston assemblies. All std pistons. Also 5 liners from some reason. No sump pan.
