Area Representative Crudders Posted April 20, 2007 Area Representative Share Posted April 20, 2007 Sorry to hear that mate (I seem to be saying that a lot lately) ☹️ This is a well specced and built 7 and not exactly slow Hope you find the time to get into another 7 in the not too distant future. Cheers, Crudders

Brucey
Mark, Sorry to see you selling your cherished 7. I can vouch for the condition from the many times I've seen it at the Ringlestone club nights. When we both attended the Dunsfold Handling day last year, I can also vouch for the handling and performance when driven in the right hands! I had the pleasure of watching Mark negotiate the slalom course in his very fast unique (sideways) driving style! Remember this if he offers to take you for a test drive! The last time I saw his car it had a very nifty handbrake fitted to the transmission tunnel. Bruce.

Bewls
Flymo, your 7 is EXACTLY the same spec as mine, well apart from the tyres ❗ I seem to remember you getting yours at the same time I did aswell. Its a great starter seven, with ALOT of performance for the money, IMHO ❗ Good luck with the sale, it's a shame you don't have time to use it anymore
Flymo
Thanks Joseph and everybody else who has commented I am trully gutted about selling the car but I am having enough trouble trying to juggle work and family time it does not seem fair on the family if I go out in the car at the weekends ☹️ Also as bruce has commented the Handbrake has been relocated onto the passenger side of the transmission tunnel which makes it much more user friendly also I am lead to believe that it has a double top link on the front suspension which improves the handling some what. The car would be a great starter seven or a good sprint car. The Roger King engine is a cracker and starts first time everytime. The engine pulls like a train and when you hit 4000rpm things start to happen very quickly indeed. I would seriously think about buying another crossflow if and when I get another seven.
