Pembrey decent places to stay

OK - so I have the week off before pembrey so have approached the idea of a family breakaway (thurs-sat), however need to stay somewhere that fits the missus requireemnts, so any of the local boys have any suggestions

 

1. must be decent, missus has got used to certian levels of quality that usually equal £££, so a place like the black horse at cadwell would have gone down like a lead balloon.

2. something that is suitable for a small boy (20 months), ideally for us at least 2 rooms

3. secure parking for the 7

4. probably not too far from beach

 

happy to pay the £££, but need some recommendations

 

current plan is to take 2 cars, leggy and 7 (not on trailer) an dthen for her to wander back home saturday whilst Ihave some fun

IIRC the McFarlane's treated themselves to a nice hotel last year, I have no idea what it was called or exactly where it was. Worth a call/e-mail to them.
