edh
Hi all, Any one got a fob that they don't use? My sisters kids have managed to "hide" mine so I'm currently using my spare set, I've been hoping they will turn up but I've given it long enough now. I've phoned my local ex-rover garage and they will program a new one for £95 - which I'll do as a last resort. If I take an existing fob to them the'll charge me £35 (£60 quid saving for other bit for it ) Ed 😬

lrem
You might not even need to take the fob to Rover to have it re-programmed: here No idea if it works though!
Irrelevant
A Rover technician told me there was an easy way of doing it . . .. Judging by matey's Ebay feedback, his instructions work
edh
Hi guys, Thanks for the replies, I'll get one off of ebay. I did a bit of digging around and found this post on the MG Rover forum: here. It looks like the ebay reprogramming doesn't work ☹️. For piece of mind I'll get it reprogrammed at my ex-rover delay. Thanks again, Ed 😬
