davewardell
I was in Old Welwyn today being a fool in R300 YOB! But wasn't at Waitrose. Great weather for it, lots of people out wanting to have a go to. Great fun as ever. R300-shake, rattle but no role.

davewardell
You live in Herts? We should meet up for a blat. R300-shake, rattle but no role.
Stephen Long
I would love that but as yet I am missing the most important and essential element required for the blat.... a car... and I don't expect to be driving one for two years. ☹️ I live in WGC and I lived in Old Welwyn for seven years. Greg Park
I passed through WGC about 11.30am on Friday to get a chop before heading down to Codicote via Welwyn. Live in St Albans.
davewardell
Stephen we should try and arrange to meet up so you can have a ride in mine to keep your dreams alive, my wife is fed up being a passenger. Maybe we could meet up with Greg in St.Albans for a mini blat? Let me know guys. Busy tomorrow but off next weekend. R300-shake, rattle but no role. davewardell
I will double check with SWMBO but sounds good. Early is best to beat Derek and Edna on route to the garden centre!! R300-shake, rattle but no role.
Stephen Long
Ok I have worked out who SWMBO is... but Derek and Edna 🤔
davewardell
Its the generic D & E who are out from just after elevensies and drive at about 35mph no matter what speed zone they are in!! So we need to be out before they clog the roads en-route to some garden centre somewhere. Capice? Where should we meet guys? What time? I'm thinking (sit down) 8ish. Dave. davewardell
Crooked Chimney at 8am Saturday sounds excellent. We will return home when; 1, the bank account says I can't afford anymore petrol, 2, SWMBO says where the !£$% are you, 3, I or you get bored, 4, Car breaks down or, 5, you get scared and beg me to take you home! Seriously, probably be out for a couple of hours. Any ideas of a route. I have a few ideas. Ivinghoe, Leighton Buzzard way is one option. A507/B656 is another. Dave. R300-shake, rattle but no role. flaps7
Can I come please? Need to check with wife that my weekends chores can be started a little later than usual (a couple of hours will be OK I'm sure). I don't care where I go as I am a follower in life not a leader. Do enjoy; Baldock - Buntingford - Newport - Debden - Thaxted (cup of tea) - Finchingfield (alternativie cup of tea) - Wethersfield - Sible Hedingham......but feel I probably need a change and don't know many other routes. Happy to go anywhere Rick
