I sent them a cheque a month ago for £72.00 for a dry sump "blue plate" with drain plug. The cheque has cleared (on 27th Feb) , but no sign of the plate and all calls to 01992 899228 go to recorded message with facility to leave a message. Jason runs Hellier on his own (I think) and I guess the demands of the business means sometimes he might struggle to get it all done.
