Anyone got a spare throttle position sensor and/or crank position sensor sitting around in their garage.

Needed to help eliminate possible causes of the mis-fire that's currently bugging my EU2 K Series.

Already replaced coil, HT leads, dizzy cap. Last night removed shift lights and will find out Saturday if that's helped but don't expect it will.

Any other sensors that could be faulty and result in a mis-fire may be useful.

Should have said. If you would like to lend me these items so I can see if they fix the problem I'd happily return them and go and buy new. I just don't want to buy lots of new bits without knowing which one will solve the problem.

Steve,

I have a CPS that I'm going to use for my new engine. I could post it off to you for testing...

Bear in mind I'm in Denmark, so it may take a couple of days for it to get there...

Hi Regin,

Great offer *thumbup*. Is it for an EU2 engine? Not sure if EU3 is different or not. How soon would you need it back? When's the new engine being installed?

Steve,

I reckon it'll work for an EU2 engine as it fits my Rx00 loom

I could take a picture later today...

My new engine will probably not be running for the next 3-5 months ☹️

Regin,

A pic would be a good idea. Email address in my profile.

Time's not an issue then ☹️ but I would of course get it back to you as soon as I've tested.
