sorry to hijack this thread but I am unable to post a new topic. System not taking my password, although if I 'reply' - like this - it works OK

 

I have requested the system to remind me of my pw but nothing coming back.

there was an email sent to an aon.co.uk address at 09:18 this morning which appears to be accepted, but that's not the address that's listed in your profile.

 

Not sure why you can post a reply but not a topic, what's the error message?

invalid user name or password.

 

no mail received on my work address, similarly last night from my home mail a/c no reminder received.

as you can see, I've posted successfully in the test area, I suggest that you make sure that the cookies are cleared down and type the username password in again.
