So, what's the best oil

We had goose for Christmas dinner and there was enough fat out of it to float a battleship. I did some chips in it the other night, in the wok, and they were magnificent.

 

On the other hand, when in Greece once, I was very impressed with chips cooked in olive oil.

 

 

 

I.6 SS, 6 Speed box, BRG/yellow stripe and Brooklands!
