swifta
I have just tried to put two 8in 8 spoke on the rear of my 7.When I tried to turn the wheel it catches on the arb drop link.Is their a mod to rectify this ie thin wheel spacer? Andy Best
When I fitted wider wheels I had the same problem, I was advised to fit the drop links to the inboard side of the ARB and dedion and the job was sorted. I also had to remove part of the dedion end plate with an angle grinder as the inner face of the wheel touched the rear part of the endplate, some need this mod others don't. Support Team Shaun_E Posted January 20, 2007 Support Team Share Posted January 20, 2007 Even with the ARB drop link reversed, under very hard cornering (on track days) I still find the link touches the tyre . For most driving though that is the solution. Yellow SL #
