Support Team c7trp Posted December 21, 2006 Support Team Share Posted December 21, 2006 I fitted Xeon bulbs from Halfrauds. 2 for the price of 1 made the £15 each a bit easier to swallow Seems better, although not as good as they could be! Brucey
Andy, I have standard (7" chrome?) headlights on my 93 1400Kss. It used to run cibies but I managed to break 1. I went to my local motorfactors and got some Ring replacement units complete with 50% brighter halogen bulbs for about £27 for a pair! They come complete with side lights, were easiy to fit (don't flop around like the cebies) and are much brighter than the cebies (maybe the reflectors were getting tarnished). Bruce. 7 wonders of the world
I run the 5 3/4" black ones and there on standard H4 bulbs so upgrade bulbs are easy to come by
elie boone
You can go to 100w H4 but the reflectors are not so happy with the extra heat, also i don't know if it's legal but it's bright thats for sure. Maybe Holden ( .co.uk ) can help you with the H5 Edited by - elie boone on 25 Dec 2006 10:59:
