mav
Looks like Jonny has the Monday / Tuesday for BAT so the Club day will be 22nd Aug. I've just provisionally booked the 21st too. Anyone else thinking of doing the Tuesday?

GTD
Afriad so, Mav - the GRRC (Goodwood) Club are running a track day at Spa on the August Bank Holiday Monday which we're doing instead - for Contract Scum like me that means not losing a day's pay. Depending on where I am working at the time, I may do both, but I didn't want to hold a place for myself on the Club day given that I probably won't make it to Belgium twice in a week! oldbutnotslow
Hi Martin, Cant afford all 3 days and I would be too knackered to enjoy the last day. The bookings were made just to ensure that I can go on a OPL day. I’ve not done the club day there before so don’t know if they are sessioned or OPL. I try very hard not to drive in sessioned days as I don’t enjoy them and they don’t work if Matt is driving on the dame day as well. Far too much hanging around on sessioned days for my liking. millsn
Could you tell me what this club trackday costs , track / accomodation?
mav
Teh track is Spa Francorchamps, in Belgium. Cost is £225. It is open pitlane. Accommodation is up to you to arrange. Plenty of ideas on the Spa Circuit website here
millsn
I think I might have to go there at that price. I assume 105 dB is ok and that they're not too bothered about it anyway? Otherwise I need a new exhaust
mav
The 2 Bookatrack days prior to the Club day (in association with BAT) are unsilenced. I seem to remember the same rules apply to our day, but am happy to be corrected...

mav
If you are trailering I've found Norfolkline the best on price and service, however this may not be the most cost effective, since the introduction of an amended pricing structure.
