I am looking for seats to replace the bench seats in my short cockpit X flow but the cost of the seats from Caterham is crazy. My only comment would be that it doesn't appear to have cut outs for harnesses which might limit you now, or for a later upgrade. Also weight might be an issue - be worth trying to find out. THe standard Caterham leather seat weights about 7kg (I think) and the Carbon Tillet is about 2.5kg (again, I think). stevefoster Posted March 15, 2002 Share Posted March 15, 2002 New type leather seat weighs 7.6kgs inc runners Tillet carbon weighs 2.08 kgs on it's own. Runners weigh 1.6 kgs.
