It has one of the rubber rollers that is not picking up the paper from the bottom tray, apart from that it works fine, this is a business machine and is very sturdy. I have bought another now rather than get it repaired as my business relies on faxes. It would be a shame if i had to throw it away and a new one is around £500. Free to someone??
