K Series service advice

Recommended Posts

Advice required please.

My 1600 SS K Series (totally standard) has now done 46,000 miles and I think it is time I gave it a good service. Not had a major one in my ownership (nearly 3 years), but then nothing has gone wrong (looks for wood to touch). HG was replaced a month after I purchased it.

What would an engine of this mileage need ?

Cheers

Richard

See below for service schedule. I would say definitely change the cam belt and tensioners (switch to manual tensioner if not done already). Then do all the 24000 mile checks/changes.
