I did say "dad are you sure it wasnt a big luggage rack or something?" "no no son it had the wheels on and everything" Very curious and I really hope this spotted works! --- this is a local sig for local people! Or should I say we met a 7 owner with a wheelchair on the back of his 7 and he said he was from Cornwall. I am sure he said he built it himself too. I had assumed he was transporting the wheelchair somewhere for someone Presumably then he needs it and has modified his 7 in some way? How hard would it be to modify a 7 for hand controls? Wouldn't you need an autobox? Very few people attend meets because of the distances involved; due to the scarcity of Sevens down here we have one meet for Devon and Cornwall. This wheelchair guy has definitely never been to a meet and no-one who has been has ever mentioned him. (Unless he attended in the past before he needed a wheelchair?)
