Gary G Posted March 10, 2002 Share Posted March 10, 2002 Not sure if this is strictly Tech Talk, but what the hey! The original Prisoner wheels on my 1990 car have highly polished rims. The rims are quite pitted and I have been polishing them with Autosol to get the shine back. This has worked to pretty good effect, but does anyone know: 1) Are there any better products out there? 2) If I keep polishing will the pitting disappear completely? 3) If the answer the above two questions is no, will a refurb do the trick and how much is it likely to cost?
