c831gkl Posted June 28, 2000 Share Posted June 28, 2000 I'm talking about rim widths of course! Is there any benefit to putting 7" rims on the rear. If combined with the correct rubber/springs/shocks would I get any benefit over 6" rims other than the cosmetic aspect of filling the arches. Mine's a 1700 de-dion supersprint. John Hartley Posted August 23, 2000 Share Posted August 23, 2000 I'm not much help other than to say that on my 99 deDion I put 6x15 on front and 7x15 on the rear. I have a rear roll bar. The car feels perfectly balanced so no complaints. I did it for cosmetic reasons but didn't want to go to 7's in the front as I feared it would affect steering feel.
