Silver 21 Posted October 19, 2006 Share Posted October 19, 2006 My rebuilt Ford axle is finally ready and I collected yesterday, now all I've got to do is: *arrowright*Fit the rear brake lines *arrowright*Take out the old Ital Lump *arrowright*Fit the new axle (which is bl**dy heavy)apprently the chassis may need some persuasion *arrowright*Shorten the Prop *arrowright*Fit the Ford Front Hubs *arrowright*Get some tyres on the Ford PCD rims *arrowright*Learn to drive the thing *confused* *confused* *confused* So it looks like on that basis I might be ready by mid next year at the speed I seem to complete things, hey ho 😬 😬 😬 😬 😬 😬 😬 😬 For the techies amongst you its a strengthened & bracketed Ford MKII Escort Casing Motorsport 3.54 diff Strenghtened halfshafts Salisbury plate type LSD and its got a Disc Brake conversion with Sierra rear calipers Graham Lotus 7 Club General Secretary Edited by - Bacon Butty on 19 Oct 2006 12:39:14 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
