henry21p Posted October 14, 2006 Share Posted October 14, 2006 EBay advert here I know and have seen this car at one of our regular 21's gatherings and the owner came down to the Jez Coates talk that we did. I've also spoken to caterham who have confirmed that this advert is a true representation of the condition of the car. Cosmetically as close to perfect as a 21 will be. In terms of "if I was buying a 21" - It's a late one, so the chassis is much better than my old one (better powdercoat etc), has the later stiffening at the front end, wrap around door sills etc etc. It's the right engine for a "tourer", has the right kind of hood (the mohair one is the only one to have as it doesn't shrink with age and is a far better fit) and a stereo fitted.
