bobt
Hi, I'm in the throws of my winter project to build a 200bhp K to replace the 1.6SS in my superlight. I have a lightweight flywheel and caterham 6 speed box and was wondering what choices are available in terms of clutches. Is the standard caterham AP cluctch still up to the job? Are there any others available which won't suffer from the dowel location problem? Cheers Rob
BBL
Rob, Sorry I can't be of help, but I have been meaning to post a similar question for a ~200 lb/ft Duratec mated to a BGH Type 9 5-speed. - Sean
bobt
So, nobody knows of any clutch that fits other than the standard AP????? Rob
Support Team Shaun_E Posted October 13, 2006 Support Team Share Posted October 13, 2006 Standard AP is fine in my 227bhp K. Caterham have standardized on one clutch as used in the R500 I believe. Not sure whay you mean by "dowel location problem". Yellow SL #
