You can use circlip pliers but they can jam a bit which is where the windback tool helps. F355GTS Posted September 28, 2006 Share Posted September 28, 2006 Glen you need to wind the piston in, turn them clockwise as you apply pressure. You can buy/ use a windback tool to do it but as others have suggested you can use pliers ps it's a bit easier if you remove the cap from the Master Cylinder, make sure it doesn't overflow Mark Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
