Steve Robinson
Wise advice indeed Coose, you could replace the one on the drive with one of your very own if you wanted... Go on make me an offer wink.gif Robbo
Gary G
Steve, Don't want to lead you down a path, so best to say that I am half thinking about a Mini Cooper (possibly). What other spec does it have (run-flats, chrome inserts etc)? And, would you be prepared to wait until 1st June, coz I can't sell my Focus until then? Steve Robinson
Gary, It has the pepper pack which includes chrome inserts but no run flats. Also has the leather steering wheel and stereo boost upgrade. Unfortunately can't wait until June, but would be open to discuss cheaper price to seal the deal! Coose
Steve, Don't need to - I can use it when I want biggrin.gif!!! It's getting a union jack roof this week too biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif Cooose...
Steve Robinson
So how about 2 minis then Coose, the ultimate extravagance. You can keep one as standard for every day driving and then spend a fortune on trick bits for the other, neon lights, bass box, lowered suspension and of course Union Jack roof! cookie7
Interested....... how does £10500 sound.....assuming still in pristine condition! What trim level has it, which alloys... and where are you based
Steve Robinson
Cookie7, Car hasn't got a mark on it, and has the TLC warranty with it. Is now on 4,200 miles, and has the standard 15" 7 spoke (I think) alloys. I am in Bedfordshire, but for next 2 weeks the car can also be in Tamworth (Staffs)if that is better for you. How about £11,250? Suggest you email me off line if you want to haggle! Robbo
Coose
Steve, Saw a 3000 miler in manky yellow with pepper pack, 16" wheels and aircon going for £15,000 the other week!!! It was a private ad too... eek.gif
cookie7
You certainly have knocked up some mileage up in a couple of weeks!! How old is the car - What is the date of registration? What colour are the alloys - white or silver?
TonyR
Just noticed on MINI.CO.UK the Cooper S price will start at £14500 Makes the Banana yellow one @£15000 look expensive. My wife wants a Cooper, Steves looks a reasonable price. Although I'm not in a position to buy until May. Need to order my Superlight first. Steve Robinson
Cookie7, Wheels are silver. Let me know if you are seriously considering buying it, as we are weighing up the idea of hanging onto it for a few months now, but if you want it we should talk. Gary G, how keen are you on looking at it on June 1? Robbo
