ewenm
What a cracking drive back from Cambridge today I left a misty Parker's Piece at 8:30am and took little roads to Bedford (as they're digging up the A428) then across to Milton Keynes. Once through there the mist had gone and I was debating how to avoid the boring M40, A34, A420 M4 route home. Well, the road through Aynho is a cracker, then the A361 down to Chipping Norton and Burford followed by the B roads down through Bibury to Cirencester. Glorious sunshine, empty roads and plenty of overtaking opportunities when the roads were less empty... who says southern England is too crowded for a good drive 🤔 3.5 hours of grin-inducing fun even in the misty beginnings 😬 FANTASTIC 😬 Project BUMBLEBEE lives on!
