Yes I will be talking to the BARC about an alternative date for Harewood. Hethel is likely to be a one off event organised by the club although there may be a possibility of getting invited by another club depending on how much people enjoy it next year

Hethel - good fast 'technical' track where you can get through quite a lot of cars quickly, although you can have a few slight delays while all the finished cars return to the paddock. I guess its a little bit like MIRA with a really great corner by the control tower. There is usually 1.5 laps of the handling circle as well which is a nice trial for your dry sumps on soft tyres 😳

I think I have been there half a dozen times over the years and have always had bad luck....rain, breakdowns, more rain, engine boiling, a minor shunt and the towcar breaking down on the way to name a few 😳 Mmmmm, Still very tempted though along with the other fab celebrations that weekend 😬
