Support Team Shaun_E Posted August 29, 2006 Support Team Share Posted August 29, 2006 Has anyone received instructions for Wiscombe yet? I have no idea if I am in and therefore haven't booked anywhere to stay yet. Has anyone any recommendations for accommodation locally in case we do hear soon? Manxseven
the regs say, Closing date for entries is Sat 2 Sept Entries will be selected strictly in order postal receipt All other information will be sent to you in the Final Instructions during the week before the event. this event doesn't usually run at maximum entries, so I would go ahead and book your accm. I did this event about 4 year ago now and got FTD in my Cooper S Caterham Fireblade here

neil.cavanagh
this is a bit of a bugger... I'm away from home during the week, and was planning on heading straight to Wiscombe from work next friday. Now I'll need to go home friday afternoon to pick up the paperwork/check I'm in!! However does have the fringe benefit that I can now make it to watch Wasps vs London Orish in Wycombe on friday evening! *thumbup*
Jason Plato
you could try ringing the entry secretary of the meeting Bruce Weston - 01963 440941 and ask for you entry number early next week it said on the entry form that a SAE was required for an acknowledgment of entry Edited by - Dave Jackson on 1 Sep 2006 13:08:
Support Team Shaun_E Posted September 1, 2006 Author Support Team Share Posted September 1, 2006 I read that as acknowledgement of application rather than entry. Most of the other sprint organisers have emailed acknowledgement of a place - I hope Wiscombe will too since they requested an email address on the form.
