Ignition Key

Yes - but I see I don't have any wiring information for the aircraft switch: here

I suspect I got the wiring info. either from BC archives or from Chris W's articles (they're online on my site).

BRB details are in the 7FAQ, I think...

FWIW, I checked with my insurance company and they had no issues with changing from a lock and key to this system. TBF, I didn't have a steering lock anyway (it is disabled with the QR wheels) - and when you pull the wiring off to fit the aircraft switch, you'll find that there isn't much security there at all...

I've done this but dispensed with the poncy BRB & just use the aircraft type switch. V easy to do as I had the scuttle off at the time. I've also fitted some hidden switches to control the fuel pump & the starter circuit as I didn't want some idiot activating the starter with the car in gear *eek*

I agree on the security issue as any tealeaf could hot-wire a Se7en within 2 seconds.
