Anthony
Tiddy, assume this would work a treat in a BEC Anthony Car is nearly ready, but I have be saying that for at least a year :-)
tiddy1
Antony I had this fitted to my K-series car which has a 5 speed BGH box, it lowers all the ratios so you can get much better acceleration whilst maintaining sensible top speed, in acceleration terms probably equivelent to an additional 40 BHP. Really good for sprints, my car revs to 8K simon
Irrelevant
Tiddy, assume this would work a treat in a BEC Nope . . 4.1:1 is a relatively high ratio cwp, all BECs I know of need low ratios (3.14:1 or 3.38:1 usually, although the odd one makes do with 3.62:1). All 4.1 were originally expensive after-market items as Ford never made them. They are very rare.
