Also thanks to simon for the set up advice given at pembrey wich really proved to work yesterday Over 2 secs off my PB 😬... But still 3 secs behind Dave Mc *eek*(Well done Dave )

congrats also to Brodie for a stunning run that had all the spectators applauding... And to andy for a hard fought group 2 Win
