LazerBrain
Well, I thought I'd ask as BC answers so many questions... Any hoarders of electronic gear around? I need a 4 bit rotary digital encoder (basically a 16 position rotary switch that gives binary outputs.) It needs to be fairly small (ie size of a volume pot) and suitable for using a knob on the top (ie not a screwdriver adjust type) It's going to be used in my banger rally car to control one of our gadgets... We're collecting money for NtL (see my ChitChat post) so if you have one lying around in your garage/study and feel you can donate it, that would be much appreciated. cheers, Darren.
