Castrol Posted July 2, 2006 Share Posted July 2, 2006 Just thought I would try this on here before I strip it of useful parts to sell on E-bay and scrap the rest. 1989 VW Scirocco 1.8GT. Bodywork in great condition for year apart from a scratch on the n/s rear qtr and a few small rust patches. Weber carb' conversion replacing the Pierburg, starts and runs very well. BBS alloys. N/S front wheel bearing beginning to go and needs a new 'screen. 3 month tax and 2.5 months MOT. It really is too good to scrap but I need the space so I have to do something quick ☹️.
