(I'll write that trip up when I return to normality next week - suffice it to say a very moving and memorable day and the French hospitilaity could not have been bettered. They hold these battles and the memorials to the fallen in at least as high esteem as we do. As the only relative present of a fallen soldier I was treated like royalty). Had a bit of a snooze when I returned to Garboldisham (5.30am) and was leaving for Staffs and then Big Blat tomorrow.
